A Better Portfolio and a Smoother Way to Stake Property Tokens on Blocksquare
Real estate tokenization moves fast, and so do we. The latest improvements to the Blocksquare dashboard deliver a cleaner portfolio experience, stronger staking functionality, and an easier path for users to act on opportunities inside the ecosystem. The short version: everything you need to manage your property tokens now sits in one place. The upgrade is now live across the entire Blocksquare network.

Blocksquare Marketplace 1.6.0 Is Live: Unified Portfolio, Built In Staking, Faster Data, and a Better RWA Tokenization Experience Across All Marketplaces
Blocksquare Marketplace version 1.6.0 is officially live across all whitelabel marketplaces operating on Blocksquare’s tokenization infrastructure. This release pushes the RWA tokenization experience forward for buyers and sellers, focusing on clarity, speed, consistency, and better investment workflows.
From a unified portfolio with direct staking to smarter offering handling and faster blockchain data indexing, version 1.6.0 brings major improvements to real estate tokenization on every marketplace powered by Blocksquare.
A unified, smarter portfolio
Before this release, your portfolio was split into two tables. One for tokens in your wallet and one for tokens staked in Oceanpoint. It made it harder to see your full position.
The new unified portfolio changes that. Each property appears once with wallet balance, staked balance, pending returns, and revenue shown in one clear view. No extra screens. No jumping around.
One-click staking with no redirects
This is the improvement users will notice first.
You can now stake property tokens directly inside your portfolio. No redirects to app.oceanpoint.fi. No external flow. Everything happens in the same place where you track your holdings.
And this applies everywhere. The staking button now appears on all marketplaces built on Blocksquare’s infrastructure. If a marketplace does not support staking, the button is simply disabled or grayed out. The interface stays consistent and users instantly understand what is available.
Why this matters
Tokenized real estate should feel simple. The earlier setup created friction by splitting wallets, stakes, and actions across multiple views. The new experience fixes that.
Users now get:
-
One unified view of all holdings
-
Direct staking without leaving the portfolio
-
A clearer read on performance and rewards
-
A consistent layout across all marketplaces
-
A smoother path for newcomers
This strengthens the entire Blocksquare network and improves the experience for every operator and investor.

Pro Forma Payment Cancellation
Users can revert accidental confirmations
If a user mistakenly confirms that they paid a pro forma invoice, they can now switch the status back to Pending. This reduces support requests and removes friction during offering participation.
Faster Data Updates Through WebSockets
Real-time responsiveness powered by Envio
The improved portfolio and revenue claiming form now use the WebSocket API with Envio. This allows:
-
Faster reflection of user actions
-
Real-time updates from indexed blockchain data
-
A more responsive and modern UX
This is a foundational upgrade that improves the smoothness of every investment action inside the marketplace.
Smarter and More Accurate Support Requests
The new Support section in Account Settings lets users:
-
Select their inquiry type
-
Auto-fill the subject line
-
Automatically include a marketplace identifier such as support+marketplaceID@blocksquare.io
Support teams receive clearer context and respond faster.
Offering Improvements
Clearer states, smarter forms, and better information
This update includes several important enhancements:
-
Correct handling of offering states before Pre Sale and between Pre Sale and Main Sale
-
Proper status pills, labels, and form behavior in all transitional phases
-
Soft cap added to the offering progress bar
-
Minimum purchase amount logic updated and enforced correctly
These changes give investors a clearer and more predictable buying experience.
Better Trade Chart and Trade History Accuracy
Historical NAV Premium now calculated correctly
Trade charts and the trade history table now use:
-
The historic valuation of the property at the time of each transaction
-
Accurate NAV Premium percentages based on past values, not today’s valuation
This delivers cleaner and more reliable trading insights.
Envio and Data Display Fixes
Correct timestamps for Main Sale transactions
The Activities section now shows the true blockchain transaction time instead of the database write timestamp. This improves traceability and data accuracy.
Secondary Marketplace Improvements
Filters now persist during navigation
When users move between the marketplace overview and a property detail page:
-
Status filters remain applied
-
APY filters remain applied
-
Browsing feels smoother and more predictable
Seamless Redirect From Oceanpoint Explore
Links now take users directly to the correct listing
When clicking on a specific sell order in Oceanpoint, the user is now taken:
-
Directly to the correct property inside the marketplace
-
With the matching sell order pre-selected in the secondary marketplace buying form
This makes cross-platform navigation seamless.
Cleaner Highlighted Opportunities on the Overview Page
The home page now groups offerings and secondary listings intelligently:
-
Both appear together when content is limited
-
They expand into two separate sections only when both categories have enough listings to look balanced
This creates a cleaner and more helpful overview experience.
Fixes to Marketplace List View Layout
Long property names no longer distort components or compress layout spacing. The list view now adapts properly to varying text lengths.
Updated Crowdin Translations
All new features now fully localizable
All new content added in 1.6.0 has been synced to Crowdin so operators can localize everything for their markets.
Marketplace 1.6.1 Patch
Bug fix for user holdings with dust amounts
Version 1.6.1 includes a quick fix for a bug that caused a crash when converting small “dust” token amounts into big integers.
This issue is now resolved across all marketplaces.
Moving RWA Tokenization Forward for All Operators
Marketplace 1.6.0 and 1.6.1 reflect Blocksquare’s continued commitment to improving the real world asset tokenization experience across its entire whitelabel marketplace network. The unified portfolio, built in staking, faster data updates, and clearer offering flows make tokenized real estate easier to understand, faster to interact with, and more intuitive for every user.
