Product Update: Smarter Marketplace, Sharper UI, and a More Intuitive Experience
We're rolling out a set of updates to Blocksquare’s whitelabel marketplace solutions aimed at refining performance, improving transparency, and tightening up the user experience across the board.
Here’s what’s new and improved:
Yield Calculation Fixed for Open Sell Orders
Open sell orders now display properly calculated APY figures. No more mismatched numbers—just accurate returns based on real property performance.
“Open Opportunities” Now Sorted by NAV Premium
The Overview section gets smarter. Open sell orders are now sorted by NAV Premium (ascending), helping users find better-value opportunities faster. Plus, pagination is now live, so users can browse the full list—not just a limited set.
TRADING Properties Get Priority on the Marketplace Page
On the property cards view, listings with TRADING status will always show first. It’s a temporary ordering rule, but it ensures users see active market properties right up front. Filters will override this behavior when applied.
Corporate Resolution Display Is Now Fully Theme-Agnostic
The corporate resolution component has been reworked to support any custom partner (CP) theme. It now correctly handles all combinations of property status and resolution availability.
Accurate Valuation on Property Cards
The property valuation displayed on the marketplace page is now sourced from the current, correct valuation data—no more legacy leftovers.
Revenue Claiming Feels Instant
Revenue claims are now reflected immediately in the UI—no lags, no refreshes. What you see is what you just claimed.
More Trade History Chart Options
We’ve added new display options for property trade history charts so users can explore past trades with more flexibility and context.
Bugfixes and Backend Polish
From subtle UI improvements to tighter backend logic, a range of small fixes and optimizations are also included in this release.
